44pak Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 44pak (referred to throughout as "44pak", "the platform" or "we") and any individual who registers an account and uses the services available on the platform (referred to as "you", "the player" or "the user"). The platform operates at 44pak.pro and provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games and related services primarily for players based in Pakistan.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 44pak in respect of your use of the platform. They take precedence over any earlier or informal understanding. Supplementary terms may apply to specific promotions, products or competitions and will be communicated at the relevant point. Where supplementary terms conflict with these general terms, the supplementary terms apply to that specific matter.

44pak reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force. Continued use of the platform following a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 44pak you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on 44pak.
• You must not be prohibited from using the platform under any applicable law or rule that applies to you personally.

44pak may request proof of age or identity at any time. This includes national identity documents, proof of address and payment method verification. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may have withdrawals restricted until the process is finalised. This is a standard practice across online gaming platforms and is in place to protect both players and the platform.

3 Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold one account on 44pak. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 44pak will treat any action taken through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise to support in advance of that action occurring.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 44pak support immediately through the live chat function available on the platform. 44pak will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure the account. 44pak cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before a report was made.

You must keep your registered email address, contact number and any payment method details up to date. Outdated information can cause delays in withdrawal processing and may affect your ability to receive important communications about your account or the platform.

44pak reserves the right to close or suspend an account where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, where suspicious activity is identified, or where the account has been inactive for an extended period. Accounts closed for breach of terms may have balances withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 44pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. The availability of specific methods may change over time and the current options are shown in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. Standard accounts have daily and weekly withdrawal limits in PKR. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased limits. All withdrawals require account verification to have been completed before they can be processed.

44pak does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for understanding any charges your payment method provider applies. 44pak is not liable for delays caused by payment provider processing times.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 44pak may request documentation confirming ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal.

5 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 44pak is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules that apply to particular markets or competitions:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless 44pak specifically offers a cash-out or void option for a particular market.
• 44pak reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error at a level that does not reflect the true market, where a technical error affected the odds display, or where information available at the time of betting was not available to 44pak.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and real-time data availability. 44pak accepts no liability for delays in bet placement caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are shown in the relevant betting market and may vary by sport, competition and market type.
• Cricket markets including PSL, international T20s, ODIs and Test matches are subject to the official results confirmed by the relevant cricket board. Bets on abandoned matches are handled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.

Combination bets and accumulators are settled on the basis of the individual selections within them. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection. If all remaining selections win, the bet is settled on the reduced combination.

6 Casino and Slots Rules

Live casino games on 44pak – including baccarat, blackjack and roulette – are operated by third-party live game providers. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 44pak acts as the account holder and payment processor for your participation in these games.

Slot games are provided by third-party game studios. Each slot title has its own pay table, bonus rules and return-to-player (RTP) information, which is displayed within the game. 44pak does not alter or modify the RTP or payout structures of any third-party game.

In the event of a game malfunction, round where a technical error occurred will be voided and stakes returned. 44pak is not liable for any bets that cannot be completed due to a technical interruption to a live game session.

Jackpot games on 44pak use progressive pools that accumulate over time. Jackpot payouts are subject to verification before being credited. In the unlikely event of a jackpot display error, the verified jackpot amount at the time of trigger is the binding figure.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

44pak offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games and time limits. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these general terms by reference.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on 44pak unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements count contributions from eligible game types only. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate – this is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotion specifically permits stacking.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 44pak reserves the right to cancel a bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging play designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
• Bonus balances expire after the period stated in the promotion terms if wagering is not completed within that time.

8 VIP Programme

The 44pak VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all game categories on the platform.

Tiers are reviewed periodically. Higher tiers require a minimum activity level to be maintained over the review period. Where activity falls below the maintenance threshold, the tier may be adjusted downward at the next review. Players will not be notified in advance of a downward adjustment.

VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limits and access to a personal account manager are as described in the VIP section of the platform at the current time. 44pak reserves the right to adjust VIP benefit structures at any time with or without prior notice. Existing earned benefits at the time of a change will be honoured.

VIP status confers no contractual right to continue receiving specific benefits indefinitely. It is a programme run at 44pak's discretion to reward active players.

9 Responsible Gaming

44pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be reversed during that period. Players who set a self-exclusion are bound by that restriction. Attempting to register a new account or use another person's account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these terms.

10 Privacy and Data

44pak collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By registering an account you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, payment processing, verification, fraud prevention and to provide a personalised experience on the platform. Data is not sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where data is shared with third parties – such as payment processors and game providers – it is shared only to the extent necessary for those services to function.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 44pak and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or miscalculated odds intentionally.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots or other tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended for standard player use.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion.
• Any form of money laundering or use of 44pak for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening 44pak staff or other players.

44pak monitors accounts for unusual activity patterns and reserves the right to investigate and take action where prohibited conduct is suspected, even if it cannot be conclusively proven at the time of action.

12 Limitation of Liability

44pak provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and data accuracy. However, 44pak does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the accuracy of odds and information displayed on the platform at all times.

44pak's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 44pak is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits or reputational harm.

44pak is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, third-party payment processing delays or events outside of 44pak's reasonable control.

13 Changes to These Terms

44pak may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 44pak will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with a change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any balance from your account. Continued use after the effective date of a change will be treated as acceptance regardless of whether you have actively read the updated version.
